Oh no oh my

This post will be short and sweet.  Early in January, in the middle of a snow storm, I ran into a fantastic group I have never heard of before.   Oh No Oh My is an indie rock band from Austin, Texas.  Its members,  Daniel Hoxmeier, Joel Calvin, Greg Barkley, and Tim Regan started playing music when they were 14 years old, in fact all of them play multiple instruments.   Oh No Oh My, were originally called The Jolly Rogers but a decision to drive the band in a new direction resulted in a name change—the current name, was inspired by a song by The Robot Ate Me.

So far, Oh No Oh My have released two albums: Oh No! Oh My! in 2006 and People Problems on January 18th 2011.  I have only listened to People Problems and at the moment is one of my favorite albums,  their sound reminds me of The Shins.
